Privacy notice

When you send a project inquiry, we collect what you choose to give us:

• Your name and email address
• Your company (optional)
• Your answers about the project and your message

When you browse, our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.

Your in-progress inquiry is saved in your own browser’s local storage so you don’t lose it; it stays on your device and is cleared once it’s sent.

• To read and reply to your inquiry
• To prepare a proposal if you ask for one
• To keep the website secure and understand how it’s used, in aggregate

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. When analytics is enabled, the provider may set cookies or similar identifiers. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

We share inquiry details only with the services that deliver them to us — for example an email or workflow provider — and only for that purpose. We don’t sell or rent personal data.

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the life of the relationship and any legal record-keeping that follows.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email us and we’ll respond promptly.
